THIS SERVICE HAS BECOME INCREDIBLY POPULAR AND NOW REQUIRES
MORE OF OUR TIME. EVERY SET IS UNIQUE TO THE CUSTOMER,
REQUIRES SPECIFIC ATTENTION, AND MAY NOT BE STRAIGHTFORWARD
IN TERMS OF A SOLUTION. PLEASE BE PATIENT, AS IT IS
A BESPOKE SERVICE AND WE AIM TO HELP YOU OUT AS MUCH
AS POSSIBLE. INEVITABLY THERE IS THE ‘NEED IT
YESTERDAY’ SYNDROME AND AGAIN WE AIM TO DO WHAT
WE CAN FOR YOU, SUBJECT TO OUR CURRENT WORKLOADS.
Please take into account when ordering a custom
lead set the points below:
- Please take your time studying
the form before completing.
- Lack of information will DELAY
completion of your lead set.
- Provide as much ‘accurate’
information as possible, take your time measuring
your lead lengths and double check your work
- You can measure in ‘old school’ (inches)
or ‘new school’ (centimetres)!
- We require all information on paper to ‘save
tears’ after the event
- "a picture can tell a thousand words"
– if you wish to send pictures of your intended
application, please do so by either e-mail technical@magnecor.co.uk
or post
- For V8’s and Turbocharged
engines - you may need High Temperature spark plug
boots.
- Sometimes bonnet to distributor
clearances can be a problem – please take this
into account e.g. Westfield or Caterham with Rover
V8
- Magnecor will Quote you a price
before going ahead and once order is confirmed they
will be passed onto production for immediate assembly.
- There is no such thing, as ‘standard’
in the trade anymore – please do not ASSUME!
